Adult and Children Crisis Services

Our Crisis Stabilization Unit provides best practice and research-based care for all psychiatric disorders.  We provide comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents and adults.  We encourage family members (with client consent) to accompany clients to their assessment as we believe they are a valued part of the evaluation process.  Because psychiatric disorders are multi-faceted, clients receive care from a team of professionals including psychiatrists, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, nurses and social workers.  This team  provides the client and the family with education and communication throughout the treatment process to enhance the client’s recovery.

Adult and Children Outpatient Services

Our Outpatient programs offer individual, family and group counseling as well as psychiatric evaluations and medication management to individuals experiencing mental health and substance related concerns.  Services are provided by caring and professional staff with locations in Kissimmee and Poinciana.

Case Management

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for men and women, 18 years and older, who need more support than regular outpatient can provide and is ideal for patients transitioning from a higher level of care. The program is offered three days a week and focuses on helping individuals to both develop and maintain their recovery.

Partial Hospitalization Program

The Partial Hospitalization Program is designed for individuals who benefit from structured programming but do not require 24-hour supervision or medical assistance. Also known as Day Treatment, this level of care provides individualized treatment services for substance abuse disorders and other co-occurring mental health conditions.  This setting allows clients the opportunity to participate in treatment throughout the day while living independently.

Detox

In our detoxification unit, your safety is our top priority. Our detoxification program utilizes protocols to help you taper off safely and gradually from drugs and alcohol with as few withdrawal symptoms as possible.

Residential

Our drug and alcohol residential treatment program focuses on individualized client care to treat substance abuse and co-occurring conditions. The intensive multidisciplinary approach uses the advantages of all types of clinical care. Our clients will participate in various types of group, individual and recreational therapies. Our staff designs an individual treatment plan for each client’s specific needs.

Outpatient Services

As part of a continuum of care, outpatient treatment helps people work toward long-term sobriety while allowing them to maintain much of their everyday routine at home.  This level of care is typically the least intensive, and may be both a starting point or the last part of an individual’s recovery program as their health and sense of autonomy improve.

Medication Assisted Treatment

Vivitrol is a FDA approved medication assisted injectable medication used to treat opioid and alcohol addiction. Administered once a month, the medication works by reducing opioid and alcohol cravings, reducing and preventing relapse, and breaking the dependence on opiates and alcohol.  Vivitrol is one of today’s most effective tools and is part of a comprehensive management program which is coupled with psychosocial support.

Recovery Peer Support Services

A strong sober support network that offers a safe and comfortable environment to openly discuss issues, relapses and successes throughout the recovery process cannot be fully complete without the support of certified peers who are committed to making sure you are not walking the path to recovery alone. Through a strong connection and sharing in similar life experiences your Peer Support Specialists will  go above and  beyond on a daily basis to help you sustain your recovery.
