Access Outpatient is the point of entry for those interested in services such as Therapy and/or Medication Management. Here clients are assessed and linked to appropriate treatments as needed.
Adult and Children Outpatient Services
Our Outpatient programs offer individual, family and group counseling as well as psychiatric evaluations and medication management to individuals experiencing mental health and substance related concerns. Services are provided by caring and professional staff with locations in Kissimmee and Poinciana.
Our trained, certified case managers and care coordinators here at Park Place Behavioral Health Care seek to provide you with advocacy and linkage to the community programs that you need. Some of these services and links include housing, employment, support groups, mental health and medical services, and school advocacy. We serve both children and adults and our goal is to provide these services with the utmost compassion and understanding. We are skilled in working with persons who have experienced trauma, have mental health or substance use issues, problems with focusing and any other mental health issue. If you live in Osceola, Orange or Polk County, we are here to serve and support you.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program
The goal of our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program is to improve or maintain the level of functioning for all of our participants. Our hope is that by equipping you with these skills you will be able to achieve and maintain a better quality of life and minimize the need for more intense treatment services. The classes we offer include such topics as: Managing Mental Illness, Independent Living Skills, Social Skills, Activities for Daily Living, and Finance and Budgeting. In PSR we believe that “Together we Heal.”
