As part of a continuum of care, outpatient treatment helps people work toward long-term sobriety while allowing them to maintain much of their everyday routine at home. This level of care is typically the least intensive, and may be both a starting point or the last part of an individual’s recovery program as their health and sense of autonomy improve.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for men and women, 18 years and older, who need more support than regular outpatient can provide and is ideal for patients transitioning from a higher level of care. The program is offered three days a week and focuses on helping individuals to both develop and maintain their recovery.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Vivitrol is a FDA approved medication assisted injectable medication used to treat opioid and alcohol addiction. Administered once a month, the medication works by reducing opioid and alcohol cravings, reducing and preventing relapse, and breaking the dependence on opiates and alcohol. Vivitrol is one of today’s most effective tools and is part of a comprehensive management program, which is coupled with psychosocial support.
Our drug and alcohol residential treatment program focuses on individualized client care to treat substance abuse and co-occurring conditions. The intensive multidisciplinary approach uses the advantages of all types of clinical care. Our clients will participate in various types of group, individual and recreational therapies. Our staff designs an individual treatment plan for each client’s specific needs.
Partial Hospitalization Program
The Partial Hospitalization Program is designed for individuals who benefit from structured programming but do not require 24-hour supervision or medical assistance. Also known as Day Treatment, this level of care provides individualized treatment services for substance abuse disorders and other co-occurring mental health conditions. This setting allows clients the opportunity to participate in treatment throughout the day while living independently.
